 The above dog is being sold with full AKC registration and is expected to be shown at AKC shows. AT THE TIME OF SALE said dog displays no structural, cosmetic or temperament faults that would prevent him/her from being shown/bred, but seller does NOT guarantee the dog will attain his/her championship or that he/she will breed or whelp without any difficulties.  Breeder guarantees that this dog is in good health, current on vaccines & dewormed at the time of sale. Breeder does NOT guarantee size, temperament, conformation, or color when fully grown. Buyer agrees said dog will be shown in the conformation ring at least 50 times or until said dog gains it's AKC championship before breeding. Buyer agrees that if said dog is used in any breeding program that he/she will be used to best serve, protect and preserve the best qualities of the breed. He/she will not be bred to any dog/bitch in poor health, of unsound temperament, or having any known hereditary, disabling or disqualifying faults. Buyer agrees to use DandyDox as a prefix in the registered name of said dog. The $___________ deposit is nonrefundable unless the dog becomes sick or dies while in the breeders care. Buyer should have the dog examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of possession of the dog (excluding weekends). The breeder guarantees this dog against life threatening hereditary genetic defects for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. If the above dog is found to be a health risk as a show/breeder in the 72 hour period or diagnosed with a life threatening hereditary genetic defect that would make it unsuitable as a show/breeder within the 5 year period, the buyer must provide written certification from a licensed vet, including all lab results confirming diagnosis. The buyer may then return the dog & its AKC papers at buyers’ expense & exchange it for another dog of equal value when one becomes available. As another alternative, the buyer may keep said dog as a pet (must be spayed/neutered) and purchase a show quality dog/puppy for pet price. If buyer decides NOT to take above dog to a licensed vet within the 72 hours, this warranty becomes null & void. Buyer assumes full responsibility for the above dogs’ health, including all vet bills, training, temperament, & appearance upon possession. Under no circumstances is the breeder to be held responsible for the above dog or its behavior after being purchased. The above dog is not to be turned over to a shelter, SPCA or abandoned. Any cases of neglect, abuse, or obesity of dog shall cause the health warranty portion of this sales contract agreement to be null & void.
